Results from this weekend's Region 6 Track & Field meet at the Lathrop HS Track are available at this website.  Click on the "Reg. 6 T&F Results" link on the left, go to this week's meet, and click on the results link.  The "Complete Results Packet" includes the results from this week (including field series) as well as 3A and 4A performer ranking lists.

Results are also available below in text format.

Performance rankings of all Region VI  athletes for the whole season are posted.  Performer rankings are posted in two ways:  an All-Region 6 ranking list, and separate 3A and 4A lists.  These lists are the ones that will be used in determining who qualifies for Region VI Championships outside of the normal quota.

New files are available by clicking on the Downloads link and selecting to Region 6 T&F/CC Running. 

These files include: 

• The events file for the meet this coming weekend, May 9-10 at Lathrop HS
  
• Updated results files from this past weekend's meet at North Pole
• Updated current Team Manager files for all Region VI teams.

Please download these files and import them as necessary, then export your entries files to me not later than 8:00AM Thursday.

Here's a basic sequence of events if you're the person responsible for handling this data:

•  1a. Download the results file from the May 2-3 meet, then open your current team manager file and import the results from the North Pole meet, or -
  
• 1b.just download the current Team Manager file, unzip it, and use that as your most current Team Manager file - it includes the results from both the April 25-26 meet and the May 2-3 meet.
• 2. Download the events file and import it into your current Team Manager file.
• 3. Enter your athletes into the May 9-10 meet
• 4. Export your entries, and e-mail that file to me not later than 8:00AM Thursday.

REMEMBER:  For seeding purposes we are only using performances from the 2008 season.  It is very important to use a Team Manager file that includes only 2008 results.  If you download the current 2008 team manager file for your team, it includes only the 2008 results.  That's the easy way to ensure that you are only using 2008 results for seed times/marks.

If you participated in events out of town on May 2-3, the only way those results will be utilized for seeding purposes is if you get the results file from the people who organized the meet and import that into your current Team Manager file.  When you enter your athletes, only the results from meets that have been imported into your current Team Manager file will automatically be listed as seed times/marks.

Furthermore, for purposes of ranking the top 10 performers for qualification to Region 6 Championships, only those performances will be considered which have been included in the Region VI master database.  As of this moment (Sunday afternoon, May 4), we have not received any results files from any meets outside of Fairbanks.

So, you need to bug the meet organizers of those events and have them get their results to both you and me.
