Youth won out in the women's mile with WVHS runners Molly Callahan and Courtney Kisner placing 1-2. In the men's mile, old age and treachery triumphed over youth as Mike Kramer and Chad Carroll let Lathrop Malemute Zach Ginn lead for the first 3.5 laps before blowing by him on the backstretch for the top two positions. The results below and on the web DO NOT include a small number of runners who submitted their times from previous events.

Today is the Deadline for MSR Results Corrections |

This is a reminder that if you have seen errors in the Midnight Sun Run results, they need to be brought to our attention, along with the correction to be made, by 5:00PM tonight, Friday the 26th, if want the corrected results to appear in the Sunday Daily News-Miner. Please e-mail us at

with any corrections. The results on the web have been there since Tuesday. If you have sent in an e-mail about a correction and received an e-mail response, that correction has been made. After the deadline, we will generate new, corrected results for the News-Miner. We will also publish those results to the web. If you see errors in the News-Miner results, please let us know within one week so that we can score the races correctly for the RCN/Flint Hills Cup rankings. The easiest way to view the results is to click on the "MSR 2009" link at the left, and then link to the version of the results that you want to see. Thanks.
